Blogs are a great way to market your film, well before you've made it. It would seem everyone is at it, however in the case of this film maker, the results are superb.
He was the writer and director and producer and production manager of his first feature film, Girlfriend 19 and faced all the issues you'll be facing in terms of getting locations and making the whole thing work.
If you read through the blog you'll get a sense of the lovely type of community that is possible on a film shoot. Its on the reasons I make films. I like the company of the good people that generally end up working with us. It is a collaborative, fun industry, if you let it be. It's also tough, but sure you know that!
He writes some really good stuff on shot lists and the motivation for him as an artist.
Maybe your an elephant or a termite?
